Are you looking for Wilmington Engagement Photographers? Glad you found us. Engagement photography is one of the most popular sessions we do. We take a fun and fresh approach to photographing engagement sessions. Chris has been shooting engagement photography for some time and continues to look for unique ways to do something original in every session. No two people look exactly alike, act alike, and there are certainly not two relationships alike. Therefore, not two engagement session should look exactly alike. One thing that helps us achieve these different looks is the diversity of locations in Wilmington to shoot engagement sessions.

What makes us different? We spend the time with every couple to shoot for a complete portfolio. Depending on your engagement package, we will do a little "needs assessment" to ensure we are shooting to get the shots you like. We do not shoot on a time table when photographing lifestyle photography sessions, we shoot for a portfolio. We find that it often takes a little to get warmed-up in front of the camera. One of the first things we hear is “I am nervous”. We want to encourage you because this is the number one response we hear when starting a session. In just a little time, Chris will have you relaxed and having fun. In fact, most of the time it will not even feel like you were shooting a session. This makes for the foundation of a great lifestyle shoot.

Chris has been photographing a candid, natural style of photography before it became the trend in engagement photography, wedding photography and bridal portrait photography. It just is his natural style and interaction he takes with couples. Even though he creates a varied of styles, Chris would consider his session more of a lifestyle session. While some of our sessions might have been more planned than others, most of the time we just show up and make it up as we go. This is Chris's favorite way, as the photography happens in a very organic way that is not canned. It is about a couple going out and having some fun.
